Catch ‘em & Cook ‘em: Rotisserie Style Chicken

1 fryer 3-4 pounds

Jerk seasoning

Cavenders Greek Seasoning

Fire roasted garlic spray

How to:

1. Clean the fryer and trim away all the extra fatty skin.

2. Place upright on a vertical roasting cone (available at kitchen gadget shops).

3. Spray garlic juice over the entire chicken and sprinkle jerk seasoning and Cavenders generously all over chicken.

4. Place chicken on cone on a 9-inch pie pan and place in a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees.

5. Turn on the exhaust fan over the stove and cook chicken for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the skin on chicken is dark brown and crispy.

6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then cut into serving pieces and serve.
