To the editor:
I would like to know why, when it is raining, (no matter how hard and yes, even fog) will drivers NOT put their head lights on?
It is plain and simple, it's Florida state law to do so. I am pretty sure what these people are thinking.
Well, let me say this and clue you in: I do not care a rat's you-know-what on what you can see, it is for the purpose of that all the other drivers can see you.
So, in a nicer way, please put your headlights on so we can see you; ours (mine) are on so you can see me.
